Training Extension, division of Pastor Consulting, Inc., is a full service training and performance consulting firm owned and operated by Joan Harley.  Joan incorporated this woman owned business and has successfully gained a reputation of producing products that train employees to be more effective and efficient. Our owner and consultants have many years of experience and education in creating training programs for companies. We can develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of your specific situation.

Our clients include Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and biotech companies, educational institutions and non-profit organizations.  We work with pharmaceutical companies to implement standard processes, Competency Models, Employee Performance Support Systems (EPSS), eLearning modules, "On the job" Training programs and Instructor-Led Training courses.  Biotech and start-up firms employ us to assist in the development of their standard operating procedures (SOPs), courses for training of federal regulations and best practices.  Educational institutions and non-profit organizations call upon us to teach courses and speak at their continuing education seminars.
